Well, I am back to researching again. Today I will start with item H010. It will not have the lace curtain added until I get up and start photographing again.. so bear with me. (Sorry, as my family will tell you, I love puns and plays on words.) So, have you ever thought about baring your soul in a blog? I kind of feel that is what I am doing although I am looking at this as being work to sit on the couch with two computers going and a book of Hull Pottery that is an inch thick. Enough about me and on to the pictures and descriptions of items in storage.

Item H010 is an 8.5" Hull Woodland vase. It is green with a glossy paint and no gold trim. It is marked with W16-8 1/2" and was produced pre-1950. There is an interesting story of fire for this line in Crooksville, Ohio. Hand embossed florals with an allover stark white high gloss were part of the pre-1950's Woodland design. Many include gold trim that was added outside of the factory. There are 30 cataloged shapes and we have several examples of this vase. It can be found on Page 152, Plate 109, Row 3, Item 4 and was valued at $230-$295 in 2003.
